WB12KY numerical control full hydraulic four-roller plate bending machine can complete the end bending and rolling of sheet metal at one time.

This series of bending machine has the following characteristics:
?The working rolls are all rolled steel and treated with tempering. The work roll chemical composition, hardness test and ultrasonic flaw detection report shall be provided when the equipment is delivered.
?Work roll bearings are all used wide series spherical roller bearings.
?The oil cylinder drives the lower roller to move up and down along the guide rail, and the oil cylinder drives the side roller to move obliquely along the guide rail.
?Full hydraulic drive of upper and lower working rolls: both upper and lower working rolls are driven by independent hydraulic motors and planetary reducers.
?With pre-bending and symmetrical rolling function, pre-bending straight edge is small.
?It is convenient to correct the defects such as wrong side and size mouth in the rolling process.
?The hydraulic system is independent of the machine body and is easy to maintain. The hydraulic system is equipped with cooling and oil temperature heating devices.
?The control system is self-developed, leading in China, with manual and micro-control two control methods, and can be switched to each other.
